This pomegranate smoothie recipe is loaded with healthy goodness that will leave you feeling good inside.
Slice the bananas and place in a food bag and freeze overnight.
Place the frozen bananas, yoghurt, pomegranate seeds and blueberries into a blender.
Whizz until smooth, then divide between 4 glasses and sprinkle with extra pomegranate seeds and flaked almonds.
